This event will cover broad range of research topics falling into the domains of these two working groups (for more details, please see: IC1104 Working Groups) with special emphasis on the recent advances in practical network coding and distributed storage. The program will include two invited talks – one focused on practical aspects of network coding and other on distributed storage.
We invite all action members (and not only WG2 and WG5 members) to give a contributed talk on research related to the main topics of WG2 and WG5. In particular, the presentation of collaborative results among action members from different institutions is encouraged. In order to express your interest to participate and present your results at this meeting, please fill in the registration form and indicate whether you will give presentation of your work at: FORM. The COST will support only a limited number of participants – for this meeting, 25 participants will be funded. Priority will be given to participants giving a contributed talk.
As for the format of the event, each day we plan 10 talks: one invited talk (60 mins) in the morning (09:00h-10:00h) and up to 9 contributed talks (30 mins) during the day (depending on the number of talks, the program will end at 17:00h latest). The event will include on–site lunch and coffee breaks. There will be social events in restaurants both Monday and Tuesday evening.
Please, register at your earliest convenience but not later than April 10th, 2015. A final decision on the list of supported participants will be available not later than April 25th, 2015.
